Jus de carottes & betteraves

Ingrédients/

6 carottes

4 betteraves

6 oranges 

3 grandes cuillères de sucre

Eau

Préparations/

* Eplucher les carottes. Couper en morceaux. Cuire dans 2 verres d’eau.

* Cuire les betteraves dans de l’eau. Eplucher. Couper en morceaux.

* Presser les oranges pour avoir le jus.

* Dans un mixeur, moudre  les betteraves + les carottes + eau de carotte.

* Ajouter et mélanger le jus d’orange + le sucre.

* Laisser refroidir au réfrigérateur.

* Bon appétit.

Purple root and carrot juice

4 beetroots

3 tablespoons of sugar

Water

preparations /

* Peel carrots. Cut into pieces. Cook into 2 cups of water.

* Cook the beetroots in water. Peel them. Cut into pieces.

* Squeeze the oranges to have the juice.

* In blender, grind  beetroots + carrots + water of carrot.

* Add and mix well with the orange juice + sugar.

* Refrigerate.

* Enjoy.

قشري الجزر،قطعيه إلى قطع صغيرة. ثم اطهيه في (2)٢ اكواب من الماء

اطهي البنجرفي الماء. قشريه، ثم قطعيه الى قطع صغيرة

اعصري البرتقال للحصول على العصير

في الخلاط ٠ اطحني البنجر - الجزر - ماء الجزر

اضيفي عصير البرتقال - السكر

اتركيه يبرد بالثلاجة

بالصحة
